One good memory photo at The Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan. The Tower was built in 1885. A well-known contractor was Mr. Leong Choon Cheong and Ceylonese contractors structured this building and were the main contributors.?Mr.Sabapathy (Ass. Engineer) P.W.D Teluk Intan assisted in building the construction.

This is the origin well purpose was to supply water during drought seasons, at the 3rd floor you can see a big metal water tank. The tower also installed with a clock which was bought from London.

JCI Senator KJR Singam was surprise and happy to see his family name on the history citation board. And also to know that his countrymen “Ceylonese” contractors also contributed to the construction of the tower.?
